Complete,
customized projects including conceptualization,
scripting, field and post production are
available.
Terms:
Prices are subject to change without
notice and shall be in force as stated above at the date
of shooting or post production.
Cancellations:
All shoots and post production sessions canceled with less than 48
hours notice will be charged 50% of the time booked. Sessions cancelled with
less than 24 hours notice will be charged
100% of the time booked.
Weather cancellations will be charged for the actual crew and equipment
costs incurred.
Credit Terms:
Upon credit approval, payment for all materials and services shall be
due in full upon receipt of invoice.
Late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be charged on accounts over
30 days.
Sorry, but delays caused by third party invoicing are not
accepted. Materials and
services without an open account will be C.O.D. Ayala Productions Inc. may require advance
payment for production and materials.
For all accounts not approved for credit, Ayala Productions Inc.
retains the right to hold all client elements until payment for work performed
is paid in full.
Ownership of Elements:
Client warrants that they have the right to ownership or legal right to
possession and use of all elements delivered to us and agrees to hold Ayala
Productions Inc. harmless from all liability arising therefrom and further
agrees to defend Ayala Productions Inc. at client’s expense, from any action of
proceedings arising from such action.
